Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylasw; Change in Fiscal Year.
On April 13, 2009, the Board of Directors of Fortune Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company's fiscal year end from August 31st to June 30th. The Company's 2009 fiscal year will end June 30, 2009. The Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 will cover the transition period.
