On June 17, 2008, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Harmonic Inc. (the “Company”) elected Lewis Solomon, one of the Company’s current directors, as Chairman of the Board. Anthony J. Ley, the Company’s former Chairman of the Board, will continue to serve as a director on the Company’s Board.
