Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 2, 2021, Denny's Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 29, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The management of Denny's Corporation (the "Company") will conduct meetings with members of the investment community during November and December, 2021. A copy of the investor presentation to be used during these meetings is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is also available at Denny's investor relations website at investor.dennys.com.
