On September 28, 2004, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York granted the Company an extension of the exclusive right to propose a plan of reorganization under Chapter 11 through December 1, 2004. On September 28, 2004, the Company issued a press release with respect to the extension granted by the Bankruptcy Court. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. | |||||||
On September 30, 2004, the Company filed with the Bankruptcy Court its Monthly Operating Report for the month of August 2004 as debtor-in-possession under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. A copy of the Monthly Operating Report is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. | |||||||
