DRI Corporation Announces Rescheduling of Investor Conference Call
Company Reiterates Positive Guidance
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DRI Corporation (DRI) (NASDAQ: TBUS), a digital communications technology leader in the domestic and international surface transportation and transit security markets, announced today that the Company’s fourth quarter and full year 2007 investor conference call is being rescheduled pending the finalization of certain closing adjustments primarily related to income taxes.
Management presently expects to file the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K and conduct a related investor conference call on or before the March 31, 2008 filing deadline for non-accelerated filers.
As previously noted, the Company expects fourth quarter and fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2007 net sales increases of approximately 30.9 percent and 17.8 percent, respectively, as compared to sales for the same periods in 2006.
