ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 16, 2009, DRI Corporation announced that it posted third quarter 2009 net sales of $21.6 million, a 15.0 percent increase over net sales for the same period last year.
The Company also discussed in the same press release its revised outlook for fiscal year 2009, its Mobitec Brazil Ltda acquisition, economic stimulus-related order flow, backlog, and federal funding legislation for U.S. transit programs.
The Company also announced in a press release that management will discuss third quarter 2009 results during an investors’ conference call on Nov. 17, 2009, at 11 a.m. (Eastern).
