This voluntary delisting from the Nasdaq Global Market under the trading symbol “WMCO” is a result of Williams Controls, Inc.’s pending move to the New York Stock Exchange. Williams Controls, Inc.’s first day of trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “WMCO” is expected to be December 7, 2011.
