The Special Meeting of Shareholders of Exabyte Corporation convened on October 31, 2006, was subsequently adjourned to November 16, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. The adjourned meeting will be held at Exabyte Corporation’s offices at 2108 55th Street, Boulder, Colorado.
