On May 17, 2012, Ameriana Bancorp (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K which included as an exhibit slides presented by Jerome J. Gassen, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, at the Company’s 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The slides contained in the initial filing contained some errors. A copy of the full slide presentation with the corrected slides (numbers 9, 10 and 11) is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
