On January 29, 2015, Ameriana Bancorp (the “Company”), the holding company for Ameriana Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2014. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated January 29, 2015, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
On January 30, 2015, the Company announced that Nicole Weaver was promoted to Vice President – Investor Relations, Corporate Secretary and Executive Assistant of the Company. The press release announcing Ms. Weaver’s promotion is included as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
