(e) On June 29, 2020, ImmunoGen, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Inducement Equity Incentive Plan (the “Inducement Plan”) to increase the total number of shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $.01 per share, reserved for issuance under the Inducement Plan from 850,000 shares to 1,500,000 shares.
The Inducement Plan, as amended, is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
