Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 12, 2008, Neenah Enterprises, Inc. and Neenah Foundry Company (collectively, the “Company”) announced that the Company will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 to discuss the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A replay of this call will be available until May 21, 2008. Details of the call and the replay thereof are included in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
