On May 22, 2020, Milestone Scientific Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company regained compliance with the stockholder’s equity requirements under the continued listing standards of the NYSE American LLC. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
