This letter was sent because you held shares in the fund on the record date and we have not received your vote. If you have already voted, please disregard this notice, and thank you.
For the reasons set forth in the proxy materials, the Board of Directors recommends that you vote “FOR” the proposals. Your vote is important no matter how many shares you own.
