Item 8.01.    Other Events.

On May 15, 2020, PTC completed the previously announced redemption of all $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.000% Senior Notes due 2024, which redemption included $15 million of accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date, and a $15 million premium.
