Harrah’s Entertainment Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

LAS VEGAS – April 24, 2006 – The board of directors of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3625 per share, payable May 24, 2006, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2006. The shares will begin to trade ex-dividend on May 8, 2006.
