Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Haynes International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that membership of the United Steelworkers Local 2958 has ratified a five-year agreement covering approximately 505 employees at the Company’s Kokomo, Indiana plant and Lebanon, Indiana service center. The new agreement succeeded an existing agreement that ran through June 30, 2013.
