On December 19, 2007, the Company and Martin Sturgeon agreed that Mr. Sturgeon would resign as Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective on or about January 9, 2008. Following the Company’s divestiture of FazaClo in August 2007, the Company has reassessed its personnel needs, including in its finance and accounting department. Mr. Sturgeon will not be entitled to any severance payments in connection with his departure.
