Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On July 22, 2015, AVX Corporation (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders in New York, New York.
The shareholders elected all of the Company’s nominees for director and ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.
The results of the votes of shareholders on each matter presented at the annual meeting are as follows:
