Bay Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing an investor presentation (the “Presentation”) that will be used by Joseph J. Thomas, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, for presentations to investors and others at the FIG Partners 11th Annual Bank CEO Forum scheduled for September 29, 2015. A copy of the Presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
