Bay Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing a presentation (the “Presentation”) that will be used by Joseph J. Thomas, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, to make presentations at the 2017 FIG Partners Community Bank Forum scheduled for June 26, 2017. A copy of the Presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
