From time to time, investors ask SEACOR Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) for information about values for offshore vessels. In response, the Company has prepared a report summarizing offshore vessel sales by year of sale and vessel type, as well as a detailed report cataloguing specific sales that includes year of build, year of acquisition, age at disposal, net sales price, and, when available in our records, acquisition cost, book value at sale and flag, copies of which are filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
