| | | On May 15, 2008, First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. received notification from its independent appraiser that the minority appraised value of its common stock, as of March 31, 2008, was $84.75 per share, an increase of $1.25 per share from the previous valuation received February 15, 2008 for the value of the common stock as of December 31, 2007. |
