On March 4, 2009, ITEX Corporation announced that ITEX Chairman and CEO Steven White will be making a presentation at the Securities Research Associates Fifth Annual Winter Technology Conference in San Francisco, California. The presentation will include information about ITEX’s current operations and an update on its web service strategy. An archived video replay of the presentation will be available on the ITEX website (www.itex.com) under the Investor Relations section. The slide presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The full text of the ITEX’s press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by this reference.
