Item 5.02 Departure of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
On January 4, 2008, the Company accepted Mr. Gong Yan's resignation from the position of the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Yan's regsination is effective immediately.
