On October 22, 2021, HCA Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other matters, its results of operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021, the text of which is set forth as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 22, 2021, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 29, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2021.
