Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On December 29, 2006, Cash Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a First Amendment to Executive Employment Agreement with Michael D. Rumbolz (the “First Amendment”). The First Amendment extends the original term of Mr. Rumbolz’s Executive Employment Agreement dated as of December 22, 2004 from December 31, 2006 to March 31, 2007.
The foregoing description of the First Amendment is qualified in its entirety by reference thereto, a copy of which is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
