Effective at the close of business on May 15, 2007, Mary Ganoe, will no longer serve as Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary for Steben & Company, Inc.
On May 15, 2007, Brian Hull was appointed as acting Chief Compliance Officer, and Michael Bulley was re-appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors effective immediately.
