Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 23, 2007, the registrant entered into an employment agreement with John P. Hickey, its President and CEO. The agreement provides for his employment for a three-year term at a salary of $260,000. A copy of the Agreement is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this item 1.01 by reference.
