Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. (CIB Marine) has eliminated the position of Chief Operations Officer. The elimination corresponds with the resignation of Mr. Michael L. Rechkemmer from the position of Chief Operations Officer of CIB Marine, as well as all other director or officer positions he holds with CIB Marine’s subsidiaries or affiliates, effective June 30, 2009.
