The following information supplements and amends the Carbon Energy Corporation Information Statement furnished to Stockholders in connection with the Annual Meeting to be held on June 11, 2020. This supplement is being filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Due to the rapidly evolving public health impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the associated health risks and government-imposed restrictions on travel and gathering, the Annual Meeting to be held on June 11, 2020 will take place virtually and telephonically at 9:30 a.m., E.D.T. Stockholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person.
