ITEM 7.01—Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 5, 2017, InvestView, Inc., announced that it has filed a lawsuit against a competitor and a number of individuals alleging corporate espionage and misappropriation of corporate information.
The lawsuit alleges that International Markets Live Ltd., dba iMarketslive, conspired with a number of individuals affiliated with Wealth Generators (a subsidiary of InvestView) to steal the Company’s confidential information, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Investview is seeking injunctive relief toprotect its business and damages of not less than $300,000.
