Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 30, 2010, Escalon Medical Corp.("Company") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, shareholders elected as Class I directors of the Company William L.G. Kwan with 2,392,732 votes for and 166,445 votes withheld and Anthony J. Coppola with 2,335,688 votes for and 223,489 votes withheld.
