Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On July 31, 2006, the Company released an announcement that it had completed its sale of the Company's properties in Bossier City, Louisiana and Vicksburg, Mississippi to privately owned Legends Gaming, LLC for $240 million cash subject to closing adjustments.
A copy of the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
