ANGLETON, TX, JANUARY 12, 2006 – Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: BHE) announced today that it expects to meet or exceed fourth quarter 2005 analysts’ consensus of $604 million revenues and earnings per share of $0.52.
The Company is currently finalizing its financial closing for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005. Results for the fourth quarter will be announced on February 7, 2006. A conference call hosted by Benchmark management will be held at 10:00 am (Central time) on February 7, 2006 to discuss the financial results of the Company and its future outlook.
