Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On August 7, 2013, NaturalNano, Inc. (the "Company") filed an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada increasing the authorized share capital of the Company to 800,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $.001 per share, and 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $.001 per share.
