Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 31, 2006, Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company has been notified by MediGene AG that MediGene received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to market Polyphenon E(R) Ointment, 15%, a new drug indicated for the treatment of external genital and perianal warts and patented through 2017.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
