Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 8, 2007 Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
