Pre-Earnings News Release Announcing Anticipated Fiscal Year 2008 Fourth Quarter Results.On October 14, 2008, BJ Services Company issued a pre-earnings release announcing its anticipated fourth quarter results for the period ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
