On June 8, 2010, Anand Nambiar resigned his position as Vice President, Operations at Cascade Microtech, Inc., effective as of July 2, 2010, and is relocating to India to pursue other business interests. Steven L. Harris, Executive Vice President, will assume Mr. Nambiar’s duties on an interim basis.
