Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares maintained in the JE Pittman Family Trust (the Trust) dated 12/31/1992, previously a consolidated trust, were divided on 6/30/2015. After the division of the Trust's holdings, Reporting Person holds 6,000 shares and has sole voting authority of said shares. Shares are titled as Donald S. Pittman as trustee of the JE Pittman/Donald S. Pittman Family Trust dated 12/31/1992.
