(b) At a meeting of our board of directors held on December 4, 2007, David Dupree formally advised us that he will not be standing for re-election at our annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled for March 10, 2008. Mr. Dupree has served with distinction as a member of our board of directors since August 1996, and we appreciate his valued advice and significant service.
