Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 14, 2007, Hansen Natural Corporation issued a press release reporting (i) the filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, containing a review of historic stock option granting practices and (ii) revisions to previously issued press releases containing selected preliminary selected financial information for reporting periods for and since the third quarter 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company will hold an investor conference call at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time today, May 14, 2007.
