On March 10, 2008, Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Sauer Holding GmbH, a company that is owned by the Murmann family, has entered into an agreement to sell a controlling interest in the Company to the Danfoss Group. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
