Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 13, 2006, Matrix Service Company announced that Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has executed an Engineering, Fabrication and Construction (EFC) contract with Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) for the construction of above ground storage tanks in connection with the construction of a crude oil storage and terminalling facility in Patoka, Illinois. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
