FOMO CORP. is providing information herein to investors for further analysis and understanding of its business plan and analysis. A slideshow will be presented to investors this week for additional commentary. This is not a solicitation for investment and there are no assurances of performance or accuracy. Separately, the Company has changed its name with the Secretary of State of California and with the SEC’s EDGAR system to FOMO CORP., is in the process of applying for a name change with FINRA to FOMO CORP., and is requesting a ticker change to “FOMO” which will require a new CUSIP.
