On October 24, 2006, Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Form 8-K.
