Item 8.01. Other Events.
Announcement of Change in Date of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders
On April 6, 2010, United American Healthcare Corporation (“UAHC”) issued a press release announcing that UAHC’s upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting has been rescheduled from Friday, April 23, 2010 to Friday, July 30, 2010 and that the record date for Shareholders eligible to vote at the meeting will be set and announced by UAHC at a later date. UAHC also announced the revised advanced notice deadlines for proposals and director nominations by shareholders for such Annual Meeting. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
