On April 22, 2008, United American Healthcare Corporation issued a press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, announcing the public announcement by the Bureau of TennCare of its selection of organizations, not including our subsidiary UAHC Health Plan of Tennessee, Inc., to receive certain new TennCare contracts.
