(the “Company”) and we are filing on behalf of the Company revised Preliminary Proxy Soliciting material relating to the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 17, 2013. The revised material is in response to comments furnished by the staff. Please note the addition of proposals 3 and 4 and the addition of the following sentence in the last paragraph of Proposal 1, “If the voting rights are reinstated, it will increase the number of voting shares owned by Fort Ashford from 585,143 shares, 20.6% of the outstanding shares, to 820,643 shares or 29.0%.”
